Manifest the Life You Desire: Everyone in this world lives two lives. One life is what we live in our mind with the notions of how things should be for us. The other one is the manifested life of how the things are in reality. Unfortunately, for most of the people, there two lives remain divided by a seemingly bottomless chasm. No matter how much they try to fill the gap, it stays. But there are some people who have successfully built the bridge and for them the two lives are virtually the same. So, what is the difference between the two kinds of people? What do the other type of people really do that they are able to manifest the life they desire. Let’s have a look.
Focus is important
If you really want to bridge the gap between ‘should be’ and ‘is’ then you will need to start with focus. But you also need to know what to focus on wand what you should not even look at from the corner of your eyes. Focus on all the things that you really want. Make sure that you are absolutely clear about the idea of life that you want. Most of the people who are not able to cross the chasm or build a bridge over it are those who only have vague idea about what lies on the other side. If you do not know the destination, how will you know where you want to go? A great idea would be to make a list of all the things you want in life and put them up on a vision board. This will serve as a constant reminder to you.
Acknowledge your place: know your imperfections are okay
You need to know the destination to decide the route. However, the best laid out maps in the world will not be able to give you the route when you don’t even know where you are. So, know your place first and accept it. If you think you are way too negative, stop fighting with it and acknowledge your state of being. Everyone has imperfections and perhaps you think you are more imperfect than the others. You might even be right. But that is not going to do you any good. Identify your imperfections, accept them, and begin to work on them. When you mess the things up, do not fight with the dejection as it is natural. But be resolved that you will get up and get going.
Create goals and work on them
Create the goals of your life and start working on them. But do not always look at the bigger goal. Divide it into smaller goals and achieve them one by one. If you have to drive down to some point in the city, you will know your final goal, but you will also need to be focused on the next turn.
Clear your mind: Bring joy in life
Clear your mind of clutter and negativity. Organize your thoughts. Yoga and meditation are two techniques that will help you achieve that. The clearer your mind, the more joyous you will feel. Try not to attach joy to any object or event. Learn how to feel joy for no reason at all.
